ICECARD INK Technology Resists the impact of the gas mist that comes out of the nozzle. Gentle, dry and environmentally friendly with an exit pressure of 2 bars. However, many years of experience indicate that chemical support is necessary, especially when dealing with multiple layers of dried paint.

Numerous orders in the printing industry, allowed the development of formulations for peeling ink from surfaces compatible with the technology.

A significant complication is the variety of ink compositions that depend on suppliers. Therefore, we use a range of solutions depending on the surface and type of deposits.

Group of proprietary preparations MetalZell®INK was developed to remove or peel paint from surfaces. The cleaning process defines ICECARD INK Technology eliminating dissolved or released ink from machine components.
