ICECARD FORMA technology developed for cleaning and maintaining molds while maintaining performance and accuracy for manufactured parts. With ICECARD technology developed, we have shortened by 50%, the mold cleaning process. Using ICECARD technology, molds can be cleaned more frequently, faster, more economically, and in an environmentally friendly manner. Time savings are significantly evident for molds with multiple cavities, as there are many more cavities to clean than for smaller objects. The number of parts that make up a mold is also an important consideration. The more parts there are to disassemble, and therefore to clean, the more time is saved. We carry out disassembly and assembly, as well as possible maintenance, using WEICON mold preparations.
