The product is recommended as an additive for industrial cooling circuits supplemented with raw or softened water. It acts as a natural inhibitor of microbial growth (combats bacteria, algae, fungi), keeping coolers and heat exchangers in excellent condition. This product prevents microbial corrosion caused by ferrous bacteria, maintaining proper water parameters. BIOXID® 1228 can be used alternately with products containing active chlorine compounds, i.e. BIOXID® 1230 and AquaCode® NACH.
