Strong de-foaming agent based on hydrocarbons, fatty acid derivatives and hydrophobic compounds. It contains silicone. The formulation is highly effective in controlling foam formation during the manufacturing process of water-based emulsion paints and adhesives, among others. It has excellent performance when used in products based on different types of binders, such as styrene-acrylic, acrylic, alkyd, styrene-butadiene and polyvinyl acetate. It is particularly recommended for PVC paints in the 40 to 85 range.
