Preparation for degreasing and conversion treatment of aluminum and its alloys. TreatActive COAT 9073 is used for pre-treatment prior to varnish application by surface application of metal oxides. This surface treatment effectively protects aluminum alloys while increasing the adhesion of lacquer. The product produces an adherent layer of zirconium oxide and titanium oxide on the surface, protecting aluminum from corrosion. The agent is completely free of chromium.
