TreatActive® PHOES 9185 is a highly concentrated, acidic formulation designed to pretreat metal surfaces prior to painting. Its unique formulation combines the power of caustics with the action of corrosion inhibitors and surfactants to provide a comprehensive and efficient surface preparation for further processing steps. Acid formulation recommended for pre-treatment of iron, aluminum and galvanized metals. It converts ferrous surfaces (conversion to a light film of amorphous iron phosphate) and etches aluminum and galvanized materials.
