Acid steel degreaser for heavy industrial applications. TreatActive PHOES 9188 is an acidic phosphodegrading product used for pre-painting iron (also for degreasing aluminum and galvanized steel). It easily removes machining, molding and protective oils and converts ferrous surfaces (converting to a light amorphous iron phosphate film). TreatActive PHOES 9188 consists of a mixture of phosphates, corrosion inhibitors and low-foaming surfactants that allow its application at recommended temperatures. Compatible with DOLLCOAT processes.
