Both ad hoc and periodic regular cleaning of workstations from dirt generated in production processes. Individual adaptation of the process to the specifics of the production line. We use several cleaning techniques simultaneously. ICECARD Precision technology is a combination of mechanical dirt removal with gas mist and the use of pressure washing with steam or water (appropriate temperature) together with proprietary preparations of the MetalZell®, CALNEX® group. Regular cleaning of operating dirt allows to improve the comfort of work and increase its efficiency and durability of machines and equipment.

The device ICECARD was designed for easy maneuverability. Its small size and full mobility allow it to reach hard-to-reach spaces.

The gas mist that comes out of the nozzle is very fine, dry and ecological with a nozzle exit pressure of 2 bars.

Cleaning Production Lines with Active Foam. Active foam technology using MetalZell® formulations makes it possible to clean various materials on vertical structures of machinery and equipment. The preparation, applied with a foaming machine under pressure, clings to the surface and dissolves operating dirt. The selection of the preparation is based on the profile of the production plant and the specific nature of the dirt. We offer more than 300 ready-made proven solutions. Cleaning of water systems When it is necessary to remove deposits inside the cooling systems of production machines, we use proven technology based on CARD 300/ CARD 400 machines. CARD 300/ CARD 400 machines are two-pole jet machines designed for cleaning water circuits. It makes it possible to effectively remove scale and sediment deposits from water systems. The cleaning medium is CALNEX® Group products.
